Hey cats and kittens!
Happy Monday and all that. I’ll be back to obsessing on the house tomorrow, but I thought today I’d show you what I got in the mail this weekend… check it out…
The Already Pretty book from Minneapolis author, blogger and all-around cool chick, Sally McGraw. And want to know something CRAZY??
I’m in it!
Here’s a bit on the book from the back cover…
“Structured as a fun and accessible self-guided makeover, Already Pretty is the antidote to cookie-cutter style guides. Instead of dumping you into a body type category and restricting what you can and cannot wear, this friendly, funny, body-positive book presents a highly customizable regimen to help you define and hone your own pwersonal style.
Already Pretty reveals the fundamentals of fashion and figure flattery, but also encourages you to create a style that is both expressive and unique. The text is judgement-free and reader-centric in every way. A true guidebook to crafting personal style, this revolutionary style philosophy teaches women to love their bodies, dress impeccably, and embrace the philosophy that dressing well is key to living well.”
I am so honored to be included in this book! Last year Sally asked a group of bloggers if we’d be willing to share photos from our blogs in her book and the end product looks pretty awesome, although due to some confusion over whose responsibility it is to check the mail on the weekends, I didn’t actually open up the book until, like, midnight last night, so I haven’t had a chance to read through it!
The book is available on Amazon, and there is a companion PDF workbook available on Sally’s website, Already Pretty. If you haven’t checked out Sally’s blog, head on over – her posts are fun, helpful, insightful and positive.
The book is available through Amazon
- Purchase it via Amazon
- Amazon Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain)
- Or CreateSpace (for non-European international readers)
